To keep this poll manageable, I only included episodes in which a werewolf was a main villain or somehow a prominent part of the episode. I didn't include minor ones that just showed up for a brief second like the wolfman from "Sandy Duncan's Jekyll and Hydes" or the Vampire Mummy Werewolf from Outer Space from "Some Fred Time" lol.
Here are the results from last week's poll: What is your preferred way to purchase/watch Scooby-Doo episodes? Season Sets - 101 Streaming - 26 Volume Sets - 14 Compilation Sets - 8

I like all werewolf episodes/movies. I ended up going with Big Top Scooby Doo. It was a really fun film. I like the idea. Of werewolves haunting a circus, kidnapping people and turning them into werewolves.

I really enjoyed Big Top as well. I'll admit I would have been interested to see the "Circus of Vampires" movie they were originally planning, which would have combined this and Music of the Vampire.

Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Werewolf for me. There are a few close ones such as A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts but that is definitely the best *werewolf* episode or movie of these. Especially given that I’m not as big on the Reluctant Werewolf as I am other movies, such as the Boo Brothers

Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Werewolf is one of my favorites as well. I'm actually a bit conflicted as to what my pick is for this week, as I love Ghoul School but not necessarily because of Winnie.

Yep I agree. I couldn’t vote for something like Ghoul School because it is debatable whether it even fits the question. Obviously it has a werewolf in it so it was included, but it’s not really about that. It was the right choice to include those options anyway I think 8/2/2021 09:36:13 am
That's what I thought too. The majority of people aren't going to pick it, I don't think, but maybe there's someone out there who just adores Ghoul School solely because of Winnie, so I wanted to include it.

To all the ghouls I loved before. Simply spine chilling!

Totally agree! I wish the scene where the townspeople and Daphne transform into werewolves would have been a bit longer. It was genuinely one of the creepiest moments of the show.

Agreed! Really, really scared me as a child that one.

Oh, this is hard. You've got some amazing options, like Galloping Ghosts, Big Bad Werewolf, Halloween Hassle, To All the Ghouls, Reluctant Werewolf, Big Top, There Wolf and so on – man this tough! Ultimately, I gotta go with Reluctant Werewolf, one of my favorite Scooby movies since I can remember.

It's so hard in fact that I still can't choose, despite that I'm the one that came up with the question lol.

I went with There Wolf in the end just because the design edges out the others, but this was a tough choice. A lot of good options to choose from.

I'm stuck between that one and Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Werewolf, I think. I liked Ghoul School, Reluctant Werewolf, and A Halloween Hassle at Dracula's Castle better than either of those, but not necessarily because of the werewolves that were in them. There Wolf was definitely the most humorous werewolf episode.

When you consider Shaggy is basically the werewolf in Reluctant Werewolf and the main character, the love for that movie probably has a lot to do with the werewolf theme. 8/2/2021 09:40:32 am
Sorry, yeah, I have no idea why I said Reluctant Werewolf. It's definitely focused around a werewolf lol.

I choose Big Top, because it is a fun movie to watch, and the werewolves looked so cool.

Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Werewolf no doubt! But nothing against the classics Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts and Moonlight Madness.

I feel like Moonlight Madness isn't going to get many votes, but I agree with you that it's an amazing episode. It's one of my favorites of the Scrappy shorts and I wish it would have been longer so the plot could have been developed more.

I agree with this as well. I remember watching it on the 13 Spooky Tales around the world and being like “This is actually pretty good!” 8/2/2021 09:39:00 am
You can definitely tell they really took time to develop that plot, even if it was rushed, as compared to some of the others which are silly and tedious at times.

I'll have to go with the classic "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Werewolf", though a lot of these are great! Btw you forgot "Canine to Five". Can't blame you, it's hard to keep track of all those Scrappy shorts! XD

Dang! Scoobypedia forgot it then too, because I actually double-checked the werewolves category of that site to make sure I didn't forget any, and it wasn't there.

Edit: I just went and looked, and apparently there's no page for Dr. Wolf, thus why it wasn't in that category. I just added that option to the poll, thanks!

I’d like to see Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Werewolf win because it doesn’t get enough respect as opposed to other Where are You episodes. Same deal with Don’t Fool with a Phantom

Totally agree. It's weird how those episodes are not as well talked about as most of the other Where Are You episodes.

Big Bad Werewolf is kind of a mid tier WAY episode, which means it's still very good, considering it's WAY. But Don't Fool with a Phantom is definitely top tier for me.

Here is a very interesting fact I just found out about. Did you know that the creepy art design of the werewolf from BCSD is a mix of (The Howling) and (The American Werewolf in London) all in one?

Actually yes! JCB, the head writer, had mentioned it on the ScoobyAddicts forum when the episode first came out.
