SCOOBY GOES HOLLYWOOD
Original Air Date: Thursday, December 13, 1979 (on ABC)
Runtime: 49 minutes
Villain: N/A
Jinkies! Can it be? Has Scooby-Doo really left the gang behind to be a Hollywood star? With the help of his "manager" Shaggy, Scooby-Doo sets out to impress a big-time producer by starring in a series of screen tests including "Scooby Days" and "Scooby's Angels" to show off his acting talents. But Fred, Daphne, and Velma and children around the world want Scooby-Doo back. Will Scooby-Doo and Shaggy return to their friends and fans - or chase their superstar dreams? Find out, as Scooby-Doo goes Hollywood!
Trivia:
- This is the only Scooby-Doo movie that does not have a villain.
- When Velma, Fred and Daphne are reminiscing about the things Scooby used to do after he leaves to become a Hollywood star, they mention that he used to eat Scooby Snacks. However, instead of showing Scooby eating Scooby Snacks, the flashback actually showed the scene from "Spooky Space Kook" where Scooby was eating peanuts.
- In Animated Specials: The Complete Directory to the First Twenty Five Years (1962-1987) which pre-dates any Internet records, this film is listed as airing December 23, 1979 instead of December 13, possibly calling the latter release date into question.

SCOOBY-DOO AND THE CURSE OF THE 13TH GHOST
Original Air Date: Tuesday, February 5, 2019 (Home Media and Digital)
Runtime: 82 minutes
Villain: Asmodeus
After Mystery Inc. bumbles a case and nabs an innocent man, the gang is forced into early retirement from crime solving. It’s not long however, before their old friend Vincent Van Ghoul needs help and pulls the team right back into action. It all started one summer when Scooby-Doo, Shaggy and Daphne secretly tracked down 13 of the world’s spookiest ghosts, and caught all but one. Now the elusive spook is wreaking havoc. With the 13th ghost on the loose, the gang will have to leave their secrets in the past and settle some unfinished business.
Trivia:
- This movie provides a conclusion to the 1985 series, The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo.
- A trailer for this film was released on November 7, 2018.
- The introduction to the film references all 13 ghosts, except Zomba and Nicara. The Shadow Demon and the Cyclone Demon (from "Ship of Ghouls") are also erroneously credited as two of the demons, whereas it should have been Morbidia and Captain Ferguson.
- In the garage sale, masks and costumes from the Black Knight, the Ape Man, the Ghost Clown, the Space Kook, the Witch Doctor, the Werewolf Ghost of Silas Long, the Shark God, the Abominable Snowman, and the Black Samurai can be seen as items for sale.
- Daphne has a photo of the unmasked moat monster from Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island.
- The idea of Fred and Velma being at camp during the time of the original 13 Ghosts series was reused from Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated.
- Scrappy is cut out of all flashbacks in the opening sequence. Velma also later asks "What's a Scrappy?," creating a huge continuity issue between this movie and The Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show (from 1979) and The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries.
- The Mystery Flying Machine from the original series makes a cameo, but it is erroneously called the "Flying Mystery Machine."
- Vincent mentions the castle Shaggy sent the Chest of Demons to was just an "Air Boo 'n' Boo," though it wasn't in the original series, as Vincent says it's his castle many times and all his possessions are there.
- Weerd and Bogel do not appear in this film.
- Flim Flam gives Shaggy Lotsa Luck Joy Juice at the end of the film, just like he did in "To All The Ghouls I've Loved Before."
- The closed captions accidentally refer to Flim Flam as "Benny," as do the credits. However, Benny is someone Flim Flam was working for.
- The Werewolf mask moves throughout the garage sale scene without explanation as to how.
- Bernie Alan is possibly a reference to Bernie Gumpshure, the sheepdog who temporarily replaced Scooby in "It's a Wonderful Scoob."
- The gang is 17 in this film, though if we are to go by "The Crazy Carnival Caper" from The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show (of that same '80s era), they have already graduated high school.
- After Shaggy and Scooby trick him, Asmodeus takes the form of the same giant demon head that all the ghosts took in "To All the Ghouls I've Loved Before" when they were let out of the chest.
