Since this is the last movie era poll we have, next Sunday's poll will be facing off all the winners of these polls to find out what people's all-time favorite Scooby movie was! I know I didn't include Scooby Goes Hollywood or Arabian Nights in these, as they didn't fit in any era, but if that's anyone's all-time favorite Scooby film, I guess let me know in the comments so I can include it as an option in next week's poll!
These are the results from last week: What is your favorite crossover film? Happy Halloween - 27 Brave and the Bold - 21 WrestleMania Mystery - 16 Rock and Roll Mystery - 16 Gourmet Ghost - 10 Curse of the Speed Demon - 4

Wow, I was outvoted on the last one, at least three had taste. This one, Goblin King hands date. Also Aloha Scooby Doo is one of the worst Scooby Doo movies ever.

I disagree about Aloha being the one of the worst Scooby movies ever, but absolutely agree Goblin King is the best of this bunch. It's a shame that one's so underrated.

Aloha is just awful. Way to predictable plot and just a snooze fest throughout in my eyes, but hey, my opinion.

Another tough one. I place my vote for Where’s My Mummy. This film was just so cool and adventurous. The rest of the gang seeing Velma on her archeological dig. Treasure hunters coming to steal the ancient treasures. The ghost of cleopatra and her army of the undead attacking and chasing everyone. Shaggy and Scooby going on their own and coming face to face with a giant scorpion. I like how this film was similar to Scooby doo and a mummy too. Three people being turn to stone and shaggy and Scooby discovering it was just cement in both mysteries. It was also cool that a member of mystery inc was the culprit but was only doing it to protect the treasures from the thieves. That was a first for Scooby doo.

I love Where's My Mummy? too for its originality! There are so many good movies in this bunch that it's hard to pick just one!

aaaaaaah had to go Aloha! even though the others are great too. Goblin king, samurai and chill out didn't shine for me. I also loved monster of mexico, Loch ness and legend of the vampire but I remember watching aloha a lot when I was younger.

Legend of the Vampire was my second fave for sure! I can understand why people wouldn't like Chill Out, Goblin King and Samurai Sword though, given Fred, Daphne and Velma were hardly in them.

I was torn between pirates ahoy and wheres my mummy because of how cool and creative they were but I had to go with wheres my mummy cause it was daring enough to have 1 of the gang members be the monster

Yeah, that was pretty revolutionary for the Scooby franchise! Easily the best part of the film, and there were a lot of great parts in that movie.

This is a difficult choice between these movies. In my honest opinion, I really enjoyed Where's My Mummy?, because of how it introduced the concept of Scooby and Shaggy going on their own adventure, and end up solving their own mystery or becoming the heroes that saved the day, which are my favorite parts from Where's My Mummy?, Chill Out, Goblin King, and Samurai Sword. While it may be better to have all the gang in the movie or a TV show, I would really like to see Scooby and Shaggy get a real chance to shine as potential heroes, just like in Shaggy & Scooby Doo Get a Clue.

Glad to see Where's My Mummy? getting so much love. It was a great movie and really experimented with the formula of Scooby a lot having one of the villains be a member of the gang.

I really like a lot of these, but I'll go with Loch Ness Monster.

I figured this would be the hardest poll for people to choose. I liked Loch Ness Monster, but it was sort of middle of the road for me and not one that stood out as a favorite.

wheres my mummy because I found it enjoyable and I l liked the fact that a gang member is the culprit and I would like to see it happen again at some point but not all the time but yeah I choose wheres my mummy and loch ness monster and samurai sword are a close second and chill out is my least favourite because I found it boring.

Yeah, I'd love to see a gang member be the culprit sometime again! I'm minded to agree that Chill Out was the weakest, but I still really enjoy the film. Just goes to show how great this era of films is!

Yeah, I don't think Goblin King is going to get too many votes unfortunately, since it seems a lot of people don't like it. Interestingly, the very early results have Aloha winning right now.

Well that's my childhood right there. I love all of these movies {ok maybe pirates ahoy and samurai sword not so much} so it's a difficult question.

I picked Legend of the Vampire for nostalgia reasons just because I remember that was the shift in animation from the Cyber chase era. Which don’t get me wrong the OG movies are awesome but the fact that the gang went back to their original clothing AND the original voice actors with the classic SDWAY background music made 9 year old me jump with joy haha. The Yowie Yahoo is also one of my favorite villains ever it’s so creepy looking haha.

Interestingly enough, I'd say Legend of the Vampire and Where's My Mummy? are my second and third picks, respectively, after Goblin King. Sorry not sorry lol. Kidding, everyone's entitled to their own opinions :)

Goblin king was a really interesting film for halloween and im remember it. When i was younger the part where shaggy and scooby dressed up as the girls was stupid but made me laugh. Can you do a rankings for episodes in seasons? I know it's alot of work but I really love this blog and check it everyday 11/30/2020 10:43:57 am
That would be quite a lot of work but I'm happy to consider it for the future when I have more time. And thank you so much, I'm so glad you like the blog so much! :)

I think the Goblin King is a rather underrated movie by many people. The songs were actually really catchy, especially Goblin Boogie, which also played in the end credits, which were a delight to watch. It was a simple, but well told story, that picked up so quickly when you thought it was going to drag. As for the voice talents, they were the main reason why I liked this film as much as I did. Wayne Knight was a little over the top, but he was fine, and Casey Kasem is a sheer delight as Shaggy. James Belushi was funny as one of the goblins, and as the Goblin King, Tim Curry was both sinister and fun. I loved the twist at the end, which was typical of Scooby Doo. I also loved the fact that it was real monsters, the old formula was getting tired.

I totally agree with you on Goblin King. It was great to have a change from the typical formula and the plot was so interesting! It was super cool to see some of the monsters from older Scooby series pop up again in the monster bar.

If Arabian Nights is anyone’s favourite Scooby Doo film then they may need to re-evaluate their Scooby fandom lol
