4. WrestleMania Mystery - this is a good movie! One of the better crossover films, and I say this as someone who isn't a fan of wrestling.

1. I agree with you "Hairy Scare of the Devil Bear" isn't one of the strongest episodes from that season. I think nostalgia boosts that one a bit for me, since it was the TSD&SDS episode I was first exposed to, and I watched it numerous times before seeing any of the other episodes from that season.

1. I also do see it as rather nostalgic (not the most nostalgic from that season for me, I didn't have that VHS until the past year or two when I began collecting the VHS tapes) but again, other than Ransom of Scooby Chief obviously, me calling an episode weaker from this season still seems to be higher for me than what you or Becker may call average from the season for y'all

I think it also comes down to us enjoying Scarebear more though. To me it's one of the better SDMI eps (which isn't easy), and then on top of that Devil Bear is one of the weaker SD&SD eps (though still not bad).

I mean yeah, in terms of the poll this week, you guys do enjoy Scarebear more than I do. I was talking about more general conclusions drawn from the last few weeks of Scrappy discussion in that it seems like I enjoy most of the episodes I call weaker from that season more than y’all enjoy many episodes from the season

Yeah, the Scarebear was a great villain and I really enjoyed this episode. The setting was very creepy with all the mutated animals. It being real hair was definitely surprising haha.

Agreed that his design was really cool. I'd probably pick the Scarebear's design as coolest from this poll, but the ghost bear in WrestleMania Mystery would be my second favorite villain design here.

Although I don't love Scrappy as much as you, I do enjoy the moment where the Devil Bear doesn't even seem to notice lol. And yeah, one of my favorite things about this season is that Shaggy's humor is really strong in a lot of episodes.
