Original Post Date: 10/30/2017 Though it looks like we won't be getting 3 Scooby animated movies this year as Turner Classic Movies originally promised, we'll have a new Scooby movie to look forward almost right out of the gate at the beginning of 2018. According to IGN, a brand new DTV movie, Scooby-Doo & Batman: The Brave and the Bold will be released on January 9, 2018 on DVD and digitally. This movie will feature the same version of Batman which we saw in the 2011 episode of Cartoon Network's Batman: The Brave and the Bold which was entitled "Bat-Mite Presents: Batman's Strangest Cases." The movie will feature an all-star cast which includes: Frank Welker as Fred and Scooby-Doo, Matthew Lillard as Shaggy, Grey Griffin as Daphne and Black Canary, Diedrich Baker as Batman, and Kate Micucci as Velma. The guest cast will include a huge lineup of famous voice actors, which are Tara Strong as Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, Fred Tatasciore as Harvey Bullock, Nika Futterman as Catwoman, Nicholas Guest as Martian Manhunter, Tom Kenny as Penguin and Plastic Man, Jeff Bennett as The Joker, John Dimaggio as Aquaman, Jeffrey Combs as The Question, John Michael Higgins as The Riddler, and Kevin Michael Richardson as Detective Chimp. Crew members who were involved with the film include director Jake Castorena, teleplay by Paul Giacoppo, producer Michael Jelenic, supervising producer James Tucker, along with Sam Register, Michael Uslan and Benjamin Melniker as executive producers. Here's the sypnosis (presumably from the movie's back cover) according to IGN: Super sleuths Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma join forces with the world's greatest detective, Batman, when they discover that villains from both of their respective rogues' galleries have also combined efforts to terrorize the city. With Scooby Snacks in tow, the crime-fighting teams encounter classic Batman foes (Joker, Catwoman, Riddler, Penguin, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn) and allies (The Question, Aquaman, Plastic Man, Martian Manhunter) along with a bevy of fiends from Scooby-Doo lore (Spooky Space Kook, Miner 49er, Ghost Clown). As always, you won't know who the ultimate villain is until those "meddling kids" pull off the mask! This seems to be an effort by WB to create a movie based on the Scooby-Doo! Team Up comic series, and speculatively a possible testing ground for the next Scooby-Doo series, which if you remember is possibly titled "Scooby-Doo! Guess Who?" (alluding to the possible "New Scooby-Doo Movies"-esque revival tone). Update 11/3/2017: Amazon now created a listing for this movie, which reveals that the movie will be 72 minutes in length, and include the two previous Scooby-Doo and Batman crossovers from The New Scooby-Doo Movies, entitled "The Dynamic Scooby-Doo Affair" and "The Caped Crusader Caper." Additionally, Amazon provides an alternate summary for the movie which is more descriptive and gives us the name of the main villain for the movie.
When Scooby-Doo and the gang run into notorious crooks that are too hot to handle, the caped crusader himself, Batman swings in to save the day! After an unsolved case from Batman’s past comes back to haunt him, and the mysterious Crimson Cloak threatens to take over Gotham, Batman recruits Mystery Inc. to help crack the case. Will their teamwork be enough to solve the mystery and foil the plans of the most dangerous rogue villains the world has ever known? Pack your utility belts with gadgets and Scooby snacks to find out, as you takeoff for a wild crime-busting thrill ride of a caper!

Thanks for the clarification! Odd that they would list him under the Scooby-Doo villains in the summary.
