A very common trope in Scooby-Doo is that real skeletons will suddenly become animate for no reason as a brief gag, even though they are not the main villain. For example, in the above picture (which is not necessarily the correct answer, but it could be), a skeleton in a trench coat talks to Shaggy and Scooby, but the skeleton is not the main villain of the episode. What is the first episode in which a real skeleton (one that can't be explained, for example, by a trip wire) appears?
The correct answer to yesterday's question was 7! The real monsters in SDMI are the Conquistador Ghost (Night on Haunted Mountain), the Ghost of Abigail Gluck (The Midnight Zone), the Mummy of Friar Serra (Theater of Doom), the Monstrous Freak (Nightmare in Red), the Rock Monster (Through the Curtain), Evil Annunkai Minions (Through the Curtain & Come Undone) and the Evil Entity (Wrath of the Krampus, Stand and Deliver, Through the Curtain and Come Undone). Hey wasn't the Ghost of Abigail Gluck a hologram that professor Pericles made?

The glowing head was, but the corpse counted because it said Nibiru

Yes, Peralaan's explanation is correct and what I was thinking as well :)

Hassle in the Castle - skull gave shaggy and scooby directions, but how it spoke was never explained.

I take back my original answer, but now I'm torn between hassle in the castle or what the hex is going on. This is actually difficult when you don't have just enough information about what counts and what doesn't. Although that might be considered making this too easy.

You know what, I'm sticking with Hassle in the Castle, if I'm wrong, then I tried my hardest, but still will enjoy being part of this fun trivia event 5/12/2020 09:45:20 am
I'm glad you're enjoying the trivia! I'm sorry if it seems like I'm not giving enough information. I've been trying to make it difficult since this is only a week, and I figured if I made it too easy then everyone would just get it immediately. But it's good to have the feedback and what I'm gathering is that the quantitative questions (ones asking for specific numbers) are very up for interpretation, so I'm going to try to stray away from those. I've already written the rest of the questions, and the rest are more obscure trivia bits from random episodes rather than trying to make people count stuff that's up to interpretation. Really appreciate your feedback!

If skulls count, then Hassle in the Castle from SDWAY. If we're talking full skeletons then it'd be Don't Fool with a Phantom.

Well I think the above guy is from Hang in There Scooby Doo, but that surely is way to late. People saying Hassle in a castle, no, that again was a prop, wednesday is missing, again, pretty sure they were explained as props. Oooh, this is difficult, but I'm going to attemt to win this on a technicality. You ask for What is the first episode in which a real skeleton (one that can't be explained, for example, by a trip wire) appears. Now, from what I've looked at it does not appear in the episode they actually explain whether it is a prop or not, thus unless a full bodied skeleton appears in the first 5 episodes, the answer is What the Hex is Going On with Uncle Stewart's Skeleton, that's where my guess is going. And yes I'm saying Uncle Stewart was that desperate he dug up a real skeleton. Also, lol, can't believe I guessed that last one.

P.s. do I get a bonus point for being first person to name where skeleton in picture is from?

the thing is we don't know if it is just real skeletons or real skeletons for no reason become animate

True, bit vague this one. 5/12/2020 09:09:55 am
Haha, you are correct on that skeleton being from “Hang in There Scooby-Doo!” By real skeleton, I meant animate (apologies if that wasn’t clear) so Uncle Stewart definitely wouldn’t be the answer, both because of that and because the skeleton was fake since Uncle Stewart was behind it all.

I think that weird laughing skeleton strapped to the electric chair in Don't Fool with a Phantom. I don't think it was explained.
