That comic looks like it’s in a newer style and no longer the “stock” images!!! I’m excited haha

It definitely looks like new art to me! I'm really glad they're moving away from using stock art.

Was stock art an issue beyond Dario?
His was the most egregiously obvious repeatedly offensive to me.

Scooby-Doom he was a frequent Stock Art user which frustrated so many so I’m glad we’re getting a new art style.

Readcomiconline.to hasn’t updated The Batman and Scooby-Doo Mysteries 2022 #2 and #3, the latter of which I believe has the new art style. Anyone have access/images of those issues you can share?

WWV any idea how we can get to see those?

I know Dario's issues well, I've reviewed many books he's done and that's often what drags them down for me.
Using the same shots 7 or 8 times in 22 pages is ridiculous.

Wasn't sure if it was an issue with other artists or not, I haven't been able to get the monthly book for a while now.

Scooby-Doom that’s exactly why artists like Valerio Chiola (issue 114 and one other) was a nice “break” but then went back to him but now it looks like they’re veering towards a new style. Not sure the artist’s name. Maybe we can find out somehow.

Now I wish they could go back to one a month of each (one batman and one where are you) similar to how team-up and where are you happened but then again both of those were Dario…

Where Are You #116 said that the art was by Randy Elliott, which I believe was another one with no stock art, so it's possible that could be the guy too.

@Scooby-Doom You're welcome to self-promote as much as you want :) I don't view myself in competition with any other site, Scooby-related or otherwise, so you're more than welcome to share whatever you'd like here. The only reason I ever wouldn't want someone to self-promote is if it was just like completely off-topic from the post or not related to Scooby, and your stuff obviously is related to the post/conversation here, so no need to worry. :)

@Mystery5, my review of Team-Up #1 (from when it came out, mind you) is on NerdBlitz.com.
The harsher reviews of Brizula's work, specifically from that 100 page 50th anniversary special, will port from our Patreon to the site in September.
I really need to get on the ball and upload some of my other old reviews to the site too.

It appears there was a glitch and it got taken down.
Give me a day or 2 and I'll have it reposted.
Gotta find my book and take a new cover shot.
