While it is common knowledge that Pat Stevens left the role of Velma midway through The Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo Show due to health issues, it is far less publicized that after Pat was able to get her health issues to a manageable level, she decided to pursue a completely different career: becoming a teacher. Patricia taught acting and directing, and also briefly taught science and history. Throughout her teaching career, she worked in both elementary schools and secondary schools. This information was found in her obituary.

I thought it was cool too! I'd say Nicole is my favorite, then Mindy, then Pat, followed by B.J., Kate, Christina, Stephanie (from the Mystery Map film) and finally Marla.

Unrelated, but I don't think Scooby-Doo, Where Are You Now! has aired in the UK. And I don't imagine it will.

That's too bad to hear! Yeah, even though it's not inappropriate, it does have kind of an adult vibe to it, with the jokes of Scooby being a nudist and Snagglepuss being "extremely litigious" (which I doubt kids know what that means).
