Fred and Daphne is the obvious choice but overall think I prefer no shipping.

Yeah, I'm starting to feel the same way if they keep up the jealousy subplots as much as they have in recent DTV films.

shaggy and velma - NO! just no I hate it I hate this couple when i watched mystery incorporated I hated this couple I don't know if it would have been different in any other incarnation but as of now I HATE IT!
shaggy and daphne - no,I'm glad it didn't become a thing yeah they kissed in mystery incorporated but it was forgotten about after one episode and daphne was haliucating and thought shaggy was fred anyway I didn't want the couple to create a love triangle between fred, shaggy and daphne and I don't want fred to act like a jerk to shaggy because of it either as for the couple as a whole no
fred and velma- I have nothing to say about this one so I'm just going to say no.

Not really much has been explored with Fred and Velma. Shaggy and Velma was executed so poorly in SDMI that I would never personally ship this, unless a future series redeemed it in some way.

I was thinking within the gang which is why I didn't do Hot Dog Water and Velma, but good point on Daphne and Velma, or Shaggy and Fred. I could have included those and probably should have, I was more going off ones that have been explored pr implied (at least somewhat) in the show.

I don't care much for shipping, especially inside the gang. But sometimes they try to make Fred and Daphne a thing so, there's that. I think they just need to stay as friends for now.

We had enough of this Fred-Daphne flirt. Take a decision already. We are tired of Fred/Daphne flirting someone and the other is jealous.

So I think I dont care about shipping at all

I usually don't care about shipping, but if I had to pick, I'd go with Fraphne, although I don't like the occasional jealousy subplots. As someone above said, it would be better if there weren't any ships among the gang. 'Be Cool' did an excellent job with that.

I absolutely mirror this comment 100%. Be Cool did a great job with not needing ships and having a very solid plot where all the characters were three-dimensional.

Yeah despite daphne and fred being the best couple out of all of them all the couples suffer from massive problems that makes me want them to just be friends
Fred and daphne suffers from the over use of the jealousy subplotin many dtv movies.
shaggy and velma suffers massively from velma becoming a sassy control freak who wanted to change shaggy and then scooby became jealous of the relationship and started being a jerk to shaggy despite scooby falling in love with nova later making him a hipocite arrrragh god I hate this couple.
shaggy and daphne imo I think it wouldn't work I just don't think they have enough chemistry (when it comes to a love relationship not a friendship) which I think is probably for the better and I did not the fact they kissed or the fact that shaggy enjoyed it either.
And last but not least fred and velma suffers from the relationship not being developed on.

It's too bad that it hasn't really been done well in the past by WB in many cases. I really hope that we'll see it done well (especially in Fred and Daphne's case) sometime in a future series or movie.

I go with Shaphne, it's the only one that works for me imo. But I guess I don't mind the other ones if they're done better than in SDMI, Stage Fright, Kiss and all that stuff.

Haha this actually wasn't my idea, someone else suggested this one lol. I can see how someone could ship Shaphne, and I've written a Shaphne-shipping fanfic before. It's not my favorite pairing, but I do appreciate it. It's movies like KISS IMO that make me not want to ship Fraphne, even though it's my pairing of choice lol.

SDMI was the first thing to sour me on Fraphne and Shelma (I like that show, but the awful romance & drama and the characterizations of Fred, Daphne and Velma bring it down a lot). And some movies after that kept the downward spiral going; I don't like Stage Fright and Kiss. Not that I was a big fan of these ships to begin with, but my mind didn't go to a CW show type of romantic drama when I thought of them before. Thankfully, now for 5 years after Kiss, there haven't really been any romantic subplots within the gang, with jealousy and all that crap, except for some parts of Gourmet Ghost.
Fraphne and Shelma feel a bit too easy and chiche imo. Not really anything interesting and unique in creating and developing a dull romance we've seen dozens of times. Still, when it's done better than in the last decade, it's fine. But man, the last 10 years sucked in terms of shippings.
As far as Frelma, I have no idea what to think of it, cuz we've never had any kind of romance between them. We've seen them kinda disliking each other more than any other members of the gang throughout the franchise by far. Doesn't help Velma and Fred would be my least favorite characters of the 5 if I had to rank them, even though I still like them. I guess I'd be ok with it, if it doesn't suck.
So yeah, Shaphne seems to be the only one that appeals to me, it seems. I just think Daphne and Shaggy would work very nice together. But because it's more unconventional and different, it's more difficult for it to make it crap. Let's be honest, most Shaphne fanfics are shit. Not all of them though; your fanfic is actually very good with the Shaphne stuff.

I totally agree with SDMI kinda of springboarding a downward spiral of Fraphne (and especially Shelma). I think if Fraphne or Shelma were done well, it could work, but they certainly haven't done it well in the past 10 years. But yeah, putting the "jock" type character with the pretty girl is an easy, stereotypical pairing.

I think Shaggy and Daphne would work nice together, but agree the Shaphne fans can sometimes be a bit overzealous (I haven't said this in a while, though I used to joke all the time about how some people are like "Shaggy and Daphne looked in each other's eyes for 2 seconds...that means they MUST be in love" lol). I'm glad you enjoyed my fanfic :)

At the last part, I meant it's easier to make it crap, not difficult, but you get it. Obviously, considering all the weird-ass fanfics and kinda crazy and toxic side of the fanbase (like every ship tbh). And yes, stuff like "Daphne put her hand on Shaggy's shoulder! Holy shit! She clearly likes him! What tf else could it mean?" gets on my nerves as well, even as a Shaphne fan lol. If you go on the "Shaggy and Daphne fans hang out" forum, you'll experience a special level of cancer.

I knew what you meant :) Shaphne fans get a bit of a bad rep sometimes as all being crazy and obsessed with the pairing, so yeah, it's important to remember that not all Shaphne fans are like that. Wait, is there actually a forum that's literally called "Shaggy and Daphne fans hang out"? That sounds...a little unpleasant lol.

Yes, it's an actual fanfiction.net forum, it is/was pretty damn big when you look into it. I don't know how tf I came across it years ago, I don't have an ff.net account. Going through certain (most) threads, yes, it's not that pleasant. You get immersed in reading all of that dumpster fire in ways you had never before lol.

Oh, that makes more sense that it's just a Fanfiction forum, but still haha. I Googled it and found the one you're talking about, but knew better than to actually click on the link and look at it haha. While there are a lot of nice people on Fanfiction, there are definitely some weirdos on there. I've been getting a ton of messages lately for some reason asking me if I would accept payment to write other people's stories because they "suck so bad at writing". Not sure if it's a scam or what it is, but it's pretty odd lol.

Well technically kissed but that was only because their was some stuff in the fire wood which caused daphne to hallucinate that shaggy was fred so they weren't really in love with each other ok yes shaggy really enjoyed kissing daphne( which I kind of found uncomfortable for some reason) but I doubt daphne felt the same way.

I don't think Daphne found it enjoyable outside of thinking it was Fred, though she seemed to enjoy it in the moment when she thought it was him. I was a bit surprised myself when watching that scene for the first time.

Yeah when I first saw the scene where shaggy and daphne kiss it was kind of shocking if fred was frozen from shock he would have been angry or upset or even both especially when he see shaggys reaction to kissing daphne uuuuuuhhhhh
