I think my least favorite part about these books are the treatment of Ivy, Selina, and Harley. Why are they bad guys. They have all become allies of Batman, I’m not sure why there is such a preconceived notion in the Scooby world those three characters are bad guys.

I haven't kept up with these, but idk if it's possible if they intend to have these set before any of them became Batman's allies?

It’s typically like this with any DC Kids media for some reason. I’m not sure why. I guess they don’t want kids reading the stories where they team up because they are adult. But if they are really craving diversity there is 3 strong female characters they are sitting on. But decide to use Stephanie Brown in these comics instead lol. Reaching the bottom of the barrel when you could easily use those 3 well known characters. Sorry for nerding out haha, but while I’m on my Christmas wish list. If they decide to use Harley…take her out of the jester outfit. The Rebirth Costume is way better and has already been DC Kids-ified with covering her up as much as they can and it’s just waiting to be used. 12/19/2023 02:44:52 pm
Interesting, I hadn't realized that. I suppose it makes sense to differentiate it from the main adult canon and go with the more classic continuity of them being villains, but I totally get your opinion as well.

Yeah, the description for Catwoman is a bit weird.

Agreed, it almost seems like they're trying to set up an origin story her becoming an ally within the Scooby-Doo franchise, which is a bit odd.
