Scooby-Doo! Team Up #12 is apparently now the rarest Harley Quinn comic of them all, as sales have been skyrocketing for this popular comic. Most comic book shops have already sold out of Team Up #12, and the places that do have them are selling them for up to 10 times the original price ($31) due to the rarity.
The book is in fact so popular that DC Comics has issued a re-release of this comic for October 14. This is the first time a Scooby-Doo comic has ever gone to second print. So, how did this comic get so popular? Is it just the increasing amount of Scooby-Doo fans? No, actually it's the Harley fans who are making this comic so rare. Most Harley Quinn comics go for about $3-5 when they first come out, but this one is topping at $31, and prices are slowly rising. http://www.bleedingcool.com/2015/09/29/scooby-doo-team-up-12-sells-for-over-30-gets-a-second-printing-is-it-the-rarest-harley-quinn-comic-of-all |
