'A brand new Scooby-Doo themed museum exhibit titled Scooby-Doo! Mansion Mayhem is opening this Saturday, June 4 at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN. The exhibit is created in the theme of a mystery of a jewel-thieving ghost, and exhibit visitors have to solve the case! The list of areas in the exhibit include the Graveyard, Hall of Portraits, the Library, the Music Room, the Villain's Tinkering Workshop, the Kitchen, and then the final area where you catch the ghost and solve the mystery. This exhibit is included in the price of museum general admission. The exhibit will be at the museum from June 4, 2022 through January 22, 2023. If you come to the exhibit on its opening day, you will get the added bonus of getting to attend the grand opening celebration from 10:00am-3:00pm EST. This grand opening celebration will give the audience a behind-the-scenes look at the science behind all of the optical illusions, have a bonus mystery you can solve featuring codes and ciphers, and teach the audience about forensic anthropology from professionals in the field. 

If you arrive at 12:00pm or 2:00pm on any day, you will get the added bonus of participating in a trap design workshop. Perhaps the main attraction in this exhibit is that you could see and take a picture with one of the four Mystery Machines that was used in Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed! Adventure Awaits When SCOOBY-DOO™ and the Gang Come to The Children’s Museum

“Ruh-Roh” SCOOBY-DOO™ and the gang invite families to solve a gem of a mystery at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis when SCOOBY-DOO™ Mansion Mayhem exhibit opens June 4, 2022. This immersive experience, in partnership with Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment, allows families to join the members of Mystery Inc. to analyze clues and put their problem-solving skills to the test. Families and young detectives will work through the rooms of the mansion meeting different characters of the iconic TV show that has captivated fans for more than five decades. Unmask the jewel thief and discover secrets of the mansion.

In the Hall of Portraits, meet Daphne—the brave, fashion savvy member of the gang. Comb through moving eye portraits to discover the villain’s hidden control panel that creates spooky illusions. In the Villain’s Tinkering Workshop, work alongside Fred, the group’s calm and collected leader, to build a trap for the villain. Green glowing clues appear to help along the way! Shaggy and his lovable canine pal SCOOBY-DOO™ can be found in the kitchen of course, where families participate in the iconic ghost chase and create many more delicious memories. No mystery can be solved without the help of tech-savvy Velma in the library music room. Solve a musical puzzle on the organ and use the Clue Analyzer to get a visual of the villain.

Observe, ask questions, and interpret clues to help the Mystery Inc. gang crack the case! Take a picture of your own gang with The Mystery Machine.

Search the Hall of Portraits
Join Daphne in combing through paintings for clues. “Jeepers!” The Hall of Portraits is a little eerie. Can you be brave like Daphne?

Explore the Library and Music Room
“Jinkies!” Velma lost her glasses and could really use your help! Can you find all of the details like Velma?

Find the Villain’s Tinkering Workshop
“Looks like we’ve got a mystery on our hands!” Fred’s waiting for you in the villain’s secret workshop! Can you be calm, cool, and collected like Fred?

Check the Kitchen
“Ruh-roh!” In a surprise to absolutely no one, Shaggy and SCOOBY-DOO™ made a beeline to their favorite part of any house—the Kitchen! “Zoinks!” You’ll need to think with your stomach—just like Shaggy and Scooby—to complete these challenges!

Case Closed!
Close the case of the jewel-thieving ghost with Mystery Inc. and snap a selfie with the whole gang while you unmask the villain. They would’ve gotten away with it, too—if it weren’t for you meddling kids!
