According to a listing on Amazon, a new compilation DVD set entitled "Scooby-Doo and the Movie Monsters" will be released on February 6, 2018. The set will include a total of 3 episodes including "Never Ape an Ape Man" and "Nowhere to Hyde" from Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?, in addition to "That's Monstertainment" from The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo. Though Amazon doesn't yet have an image of the DVD cover, I did a bit of researching and found the DVD cover (pictured above) on Barnes and Noble.com. Here is the back cover description from Amazon:
Cinema creatures give Scooby-Doo an attack of monster mania! In Never Ape an Ape Man, Daphne's film producer uncle hires the gang as extras on the set of his latest picture. Then, Scooby and the gang get sucked into the television by Zomba, the ghoulish TV show hostess in That's Monstertainment. And on their way home from the Malt Shop, the gang encounters a jewel thief with Nowhere to Hyde. Now they must help solve the case before the thief turns into a mad scientist. Bwahahahaha! Grab some popcorn and watch some scary film fun with Scooby-Doo!

There were a few of these 3-episode DVDs released outside the US back in 2012, such as Movie Monsters, the recently released in the US "Happy Spook-Day", Werewolves, "Mystery in Motion", Skeletons etc. I'm guessing they're slowly releasing them in the US.

I noticed that too, I'm hopeful that "Werewolves" and "Skeletons" will be released next as they both have episodes on them that have never been released in the US! Can't say I'm too big of fan though of the 3 episode DVDs, I'd much prefer more 13 Spooky Tales sets.

I'm afraid we have to kiss the 13 Spooky Tales set goodbye... There haven't been any in 2 years... 11/29/2017 02:40:43 pm
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the Spooky Tales sets are done too. It's a really a shame though, as I've had to stop buying these 3-episode DVDs (even the ones with unreleased episodes) because they are priced the exact same as the 13 Spooky Tales sets (at least, they are in the US) despite the fact that the sets include 10 less episodes.
