Fastest Food Fiend will take last here, although believe it or not, that was an episode that stuck out to me a bit more than some of the other ones did from early Guess Who

I honestly don’t even know. Several of the other ones (like the Swamp Monster one with Chris Paul) went in one year and out the other, but I vividly remember this one for some reason. It wasn’t anything special, but it (for some strange reason) ended up being more memorable than several others

*Went in one ear 4/4/2022 05:26:28 pm
I feel like most of the Guess Who episodes went in one ear and out the other for me, but "The Fastest Food Fiend!" was one that stood out to me in a bad way. I've seen a few of Jim's comedy specials and felt like his character was really off in this. Fred, Daphne and Velma's dialogue felt almost interchangeable, and there was no real character dynamic for any of them in this episode; they were kinda just there to me. The plot also felt a bit thin.

I guess that’s fair. I don’t know much about him outside of the episode. I thought the rivalry between him and Shaggy and Scooby was interesting enough personally 4/6/2022 07:51:20 am
The rivalry was cute, I guess knowing his personality outside of this made his contributions feel really bland and like he wasn't much into the role. I will say I haven't watched this episode since I first saw it in 2019, so perhaps I should watch it again one of these days to see if my opinion has changed. 4/3/2022 01:19:11 pm
I really debated picking "The Spooky Case of the Grand Prix Race," but ultimately I had to go with Reluctant Werewolf, as it's one of my favorite Scooby films of all time. It was close though!

The Spooky Case of the Grand Prix Race for how dark it was.

I just realized I forgot to include "Pole to Pole" in my rankings. I would rank that sixth, Scooby-Doo and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon and "The Fast and the Wormious." I thought the episode had a unique premise and I liked the time travel element. I didn't have any major complaints about it, it wasn't as good as the top 5, in my opinion.

I have a lot of nostalgia around of this episode. This episode indeed had a spooky atmosphere and I liked the chemistry between two gangs. The Windmakers were okay villains, but I did like the chase scene. It was odd how there was only four Windmakers in the cave, and then the fifth (PJ Peabody) suddenly appears when they leave the cave. I agree the plot of the winds was really unique. This was a really enjoyable episode!

I really like this one as well. It clearly took inspiration from a previous attempt in The Spooky Fog, and I feel it ultimately improved upon it. Cave scenes were better which was what ended up hurting The Spooky Fog a little bit for me

Agreed and I've also always found it similar to "The Spooky Fog." I would actually say I liked "The Spooky Fog" a bit better due to Don and the setting, but I still really love this episode.

I loved this episode too and it's one of my favorites from the series. The Phantom Racer is an amazing villain, and I love the dark tone of the episode. The one race car driver coming back moaning was a super creepy scene. I also liked how unique this episode was in terms of having Shaggy be kidnapped for once, instead of Daphne. Him trying to seal Shaggy in a brick wall was really intense and arguably was one of the most dangerous situations that the gang had ever been in up to that point. The haunted bone at the end was fun. :)

I absolutely LOVE this one. Easily my choice here. It is one of the better episodes of season 2 of the Scooby Doo show, and every episode in that season is really good. One of my all time favorites. I just absolutely adore the dark atmosphere and is probably my choice for the best of any of the sports thus far

Same. As much as I do love Reluctant Werewolf, I hope Grand Prix Race gets the recognition, because it really deserves it. An outstanding episode 4/4/2022 03:37:59 pm
I would honestly be okay with either episode winning. As I mentioned in another comment it was a super close race (no pun intended lol) for me.

Tough one but the Grand Prix race is probably one of the best Scooby episodes of all time in my eyes so have to go to that one just ahead of the Reluctant Werewolf.

Scooby doo and the reluctant werewolf. I love that movie. The spooky case of the grand Prix race is close second and surely the best episode of them all. I also like the WNSD ones. Finally least favourite the WWE sequel. I loved the first movie and I was disappointed

I agree with pretty much all your points here, especially Reluctant Werewolf just slightly edging out "The Spooky Case of the Grand Prix Race." It's still one of the best Scooby-Doo movies to date in my opinion. "The Spooky Case on the Grand Prix Race" is one of my favorite episodes, which made it tough to choose, but ultimately the 1980s Scrappy films are some of my favorite pieces of Scooby media of all time.

I agree with you that this movie has such a unique plot and it's why I love it so much. This is definitely the silliest we've ever seen Dracula, but I liked him as a villain. The other villains were all cool as well. I particularly liked the more unique ones, like the Swamp Thing, Dragonfly and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Snyde. I am always a huge fan of castle settings, so of course that was a win for me haha. I enjoyed Googie's character as well. I've always found it fascinating that the film just ends without any sort of conclusion. It's the only Scooby movie to just flat-out end without any sort of conclusion...we've had movies that have hinted that the villain may have actually been real, such as Boo Brothers, Camp Scare, etc., but this is the only movie to just end on a cliffhanger without us knowing what happened.

I agree this was a great episode. I liked the giant worm as a villain, and agree the worm people were indeed very interesting haha. I enjoyed Gibby as a character throughout WNSD. I didn't realize this episode started the "I can bench 220" gag! That's cool!

This was another fun episode. I liked the fact that Burr Batson reappeared. The villain was really cool and I quite liked his truck. Besides the Phantom Racer, he was arguably the best villain of these racing episodes. The pit crew bit was indeed cute. :)

I wasn't a huge fan of this episode. I knew who Jim Gaffigan was before this episode, and I felt like his character was very off compared to his normal personality. I didn't enjoy that Fred, Velma and Daphne were just background characters, The villain and mystery were fine, I didn't find anything about it special. The ghost story was cool as were the references. The burger thing at the end was indeed really disgusting lol. They did that a number of times in this series, notably in "The Wedding Witch of Wainsly Hall!"
