We've had pretty much no Scooby content so far this year, but that doesn't mean we can't still celebrate the fact that Scooby-Doo has been on the air for 53 years as of September 13, 2022. As per usual, I've got quite a bit of content planned on the blog to commemorate the occasion. I'm super excited to announce that beginning on September 1, I have another 13 fan spotlights lined up! Each day leading up to the anniversary, I will post a fan spotlight introducing you to a different Scooby fan. I'm excited to share I've almost got the fan spotlights all finished, with the exception of a couple people who I'm still waiting on answers from. In addition to the normal Sunday weekly polls and Monday fun facts, I will also be doing a number of special posts throughout the month. A few of the things you can look forward to are my review of the final Daphne & Velma book, a post that's been requested by a number of people revisiting and updating my series rankings from 2019, a post giving my rankings of all the Scooby-Doo theme songs, plus a project I've been working on putting together recently. I'll leave the details of the project a surprise for now, but it's kind of the same style of project as the post I did in July about Scooby projects that were developed but never released. There's going to be a ton of content coming on the blog in September, and I hope you're as excited as I am to celebrate the 53rd anniversary of Scooby-Doo!

Makes sense. Mystery Pups was announced under Discovery, so it's not something carried over from AT&T that Zaslav ain't happy about.
