Thanks to Fandango, we finally have the design for Daphne and the Mystery Machine, as well as several new images of the upcoming film. In addition, a description for the film was also posted on Fandango:
We'll see Scooby and Shaggy meet, join the intrepid young detectives Fred, Velma and Daphne in forming Mystery Inc. and close hundreds of cases, sharing previously-untold adventures along the way. Then, they must foil a diabolical plot revolving around a ghost dog known as Cerberus, discovering Scooby's secret legacy and their own epic destiny along the way.

Another site, VitalThrills, has announced that the first trailer for the film will be coming this Monday, November 11.

Here are some newly released stills from the film:

So, here's my SCOOB predictions:
Cerberus will be from Greek Mythology
Cerberus is Scooby's ancestor
Dastardly is trying to summon the Greek Titans with the aid of Cerberus
Cerberus is actually Scrappy in disguise

Those are super interesting predictions, though I hope the last one isn't true!

My justifications for each predictions:

1. Seems like a no-brainer
2. The descriptions mentions "Scooby's secret legacy" and there's already a confirmed historical dog in the movie
3. Some parts of the description seem to be gesturing towards Mystery Incorporated (destiny, secret legacy, etc.). Given that it's the same director, and the continued popularity of the show, it would make sense to have a similar plot with a different ancient entity (ones based in Greek myth)
4. On his now deleted Twitter, Cervone posted a picture of the model used for Scrappy in the Gunn film with the caption "What do you think about this guy?" He also posted a picture of the Teen Angels who are confirmed to be in it. This was done in the timeframe of when the film was most likely being written. Given that this is the first Scooby film in years, it would make sense to acknowledge Scrappy in some form as the character continues to be well-known and controversial

Agreed with all of those, except the last one which I wasn't aware of. I hope they don't do the "haha Scrappy sucks!" joke again for the millionth time. I know Tony Cervone also asked fans what classic Scooby-Doo monsters they wanted in the SCOOB film (also on his now-deleted Twitter), so I wonder if they're still going to do anything with that.

We're not sure about any of that yet, unfortunately. Nothing has been released as of now, but I'll make a blog post about it as soon as anything new is released!

I think the CG gang will look better in action than in stills. Most of them look good in some scenes, but not in others. For me, the best design is still Scooby, then Shaggy, Daphne, Velma and then Fred's obviously last. However, none of them are horrible to me, like some other people. What do you think of these stills?
I can't wait for the trailer! My biggest worry is still the voice actors. Cuz their impressions could make or break the movie. Hopefully, they'll do well. We'll finally hear them on Monday. I wonder if Scrappy will cameo in it.
I think there's a bit too much negativity around a film that hasn't even put out a trailer yet. Just cuz it's CG and most of the regular voice actors aren't in this movie seems to be enough for some to boycott it. Austin Burke on Youtube is probably the most positive person regarding this movie, and I lean towards his opinions here. You can check him out, he's movie reviewer youtuber and he just did a video on these Scoob stills.

I would rank the designs the same as you: Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne, Velma and then Fred last. The stills look interesting, though Shaggy looks a little off in the movie theater still IMO.

I'm excited for the trailer too, but I hope they leave Scrappy out of it. If he's in it, I'm sure it will be just another joke about how he sucks or something like that, and I'm getting annoyed with those.

Yes, I totally agree. It's irritating seeing people hating on a film that has no trailer, and also people saying "Oh my god, the regular voice actors have been FIRED!" No one's been fired, it's just for this movie only so I don't know why people are freaking out and assuming the celebrities are taking on the roles forever. And thanks, I will definitely check Austin out!

Saw these on social media earlier. Looks interesting, very different to previous incarnations. Be interesting to see what Fred sounds like by Efron, got a huge role to fill.

Fun Fact: They're all wearing their outfits from the Gunn movies. Shaggy even has the white undershirt

Just saw the trailer, had some moments that made me laugh, dislike them keeping Frank Welker just for scooby, and there's moments where shaggy sounds off but he's a lot better than Scott Innes (to me, he's always sounded off, but that's the hazard when a character has only had one or two VA's), color me cautiously optimistic.

Interesting you don't like Scott Innes! I liked Innes's Shaggy. I didn't mind Welker as Scooby. I really enjoyed the trailer and Forte's Shaggy voice especially!

I didn't mind him at the time it's just going back to it now that I have trouble, too used to Casey and Matthew having the job I guess

It makes sense that it would take getting used to, and of course not everyone is going to like every new thing that is done. I like Will Forte's voice so far and I'm looking forward to seeing the film!

During the film, shaggy and Scooby might get into an argument
Before saving the day from this dogapocalypse (well you know unleashing the ghost dog cerberus)
