Kevin Conroy Passes Away at 66

Variety has reported that voice acting legend Kevin Conroy, who was best known for voicing Batman, has passed away. He died after a battle with cancer on November 10, 2022, and he was 66 years old. Kevin voiced Batman in "What a Night, for a Dark Knight!" from Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?

Fellow Guess Who guest star Mark Hamill paid tribute to his fellow voice actor: "Kevin was perfection. He was one of my favorite people on the planet, and I loved him like a brother. He truly cared for the people around him – his decency shone through everything he did. Every time I saw him or spoke with him, my spirits were elevated.”

WB also released a statement expressing their condolences to Conroy's loved ones and fans: “Warner Bros. Animation is saddened by the loss of our dear friend Kevin Conroy. His iconic performance of Batman will forever stand among the greatest portrayals of the Dark Knight in any medium. We send our warmest thoughts to his loved ones and join fans around the world in honoring his legacy.”
