 In the final two episodes of Laff-A-Lympics, Mumbly is inexplicably referred to as "Muttley" throughout the entire episode. This is despite that they had renamed him Mumbly for this series, because contractual issues prevented them from using his original name.

I was thinking the exact same thing when I was watching lol. I'm imagining the head writer for the show bursting into the room during the voice records for final two episodes, and being like "alright everyone, the charade's over! No one's gonna notice now" haha.
