The 2019 horror film The Curse of La Llorona, featuring Linda Cardellini as the main character Anna, has a scene from "Hassle in the Castle" playing on TV during one of the scenes. This is quite ironic, given Cardellini played Velma in the first two live-action Scooby-Doo films (and Marcie in Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated).
Thanks to The Cop for suggesting this fun fact idea!

Unfortunately Whackman ruined the surprise, but I've had the episodes uploading overnight.

Thanks for the links! Quite sad to say the series is now over. 6/8/2021 09:58:38 am
It feels really weird that it's just over now! I have to watch these last two still and write reviews on them, which I'm hoping will happen today. 6/7/2021 11:49:49 am
Thank you so much, Peralaan, for uploading all of these so we could see them. All your work over the past year and a half is incredibly appreciated and I think countless fans are in your gratitude, because we never would have been able to see them otherwise.

Not that I know of unfortunately. I would change it if I could. 6/7/2021 11:58:03 am
No worries. I'll just warn everyone to avert their eyes from the thumbnail when they click on it haha.

I hear the film itself did not do so well with the critics.

I quick scanned a couple critics' reviews of the film, and it looks like critics were complaining that the story's plot wasn't developed enough and they overrelied on jump scares. I haven't seen the film though, so I don't have an opinion on it personally.

I have really liked horror movies that much to tell you the truth I consider most of them to be cheap trash. one of the few horror movies I liked was phantasm 1-5. most horror movies seem to make liitle sense.

Lots of throwbacks in the Dog Wonder episode, from Scooby Doo and a Mummy too, What a night for a knight and What the hex is going. The villain is also awesome and loved Dynomutt and BF. That spay and neuter joke was hilarious but very naughty and almost as bad as Dynomutt's driving. Rumours also have it that Daphne's screams can deafen anyone. Could have done with more suspects bout otherwise a very fun and lighthearted episode. And fair play to Frank Welker for voicing both Scooby and Dynomutt. Feel this was overall one of the best episodes so far but will have a think before placing it on my leaderboard.

And so ends another incarnation of Scooby Doo. The last episode was another strongish episode to finish but overall a very mediocre series that in my eyes was nowhere near as good as the original or the prior 2 incarnations.

What were the "What the Hex Going On? and "Scooby-Doo and a Mummy, Too!" references? I don't think I caught those. I was really surprised about the spay and neuter joke too haha. This was definitely one of my favorites!

That's your opinion, personally I found to many of the guest stars to be to domineering, especially when I barely even knew a fair few, and lazy repetitive writing on countless occassions, It was okay, not terrible, but it was far from one of the better Scooby Doo incarnations.

I'd have to agree with that, Be Cool and SDMI were better than Guess Who, but Guess Who was by no means a bad series.

I think most people prefered the first season of guess who more then the second season since the the first one had lots of DC and HB characters in it. The second season on the other hand was completly different, I think most people we expecting the second one to be more like the first. I also encountered some fans who clamied they didn't recognize some of the guess stars from the second season at all.

Season's one's first 10 episodes are honestly nothing special. But, some great episodes lie between episodes 11-26. Season 2 had amazing episodes too so I think I prefer season 2.

I didn't recognize some of the guest stars from both season 1 and season 2. I'd also agree with Jayden that the first 9 (I liked the Weird Al one) episodes of Guess Who were lackluster, and the writing started picking up in the second half of the first season (and into the second season)

Those are some of my least favourite episodes. But different opinions, I think dc characters are less interesting because it's cool seeing a guest star in the show and comparing to how they look in reality.

A Batgirl episode would have been fun! A Mystery Solving Gang Divided was my least favorite of Guess Who, personally.

I find shows in which guest stars who play themselves rather then fictional ones to be a rather a dull and boring approach in most cases. I also feel the writing was much more lazy for the second season.

Interesting, why do you think that? I'd argue it was much better in the second season and a lot of the first half of the first season's writing wasn't great.

Actually there was another Hanna Barbera show playing in one version of the scene and Linda herself proposed to change it to Scooby as an easter egg

I love Linda's Velma too! It would be great if they could get her to voice Velma if Kate steps down for some reason.
