Breakdown:
Episodes 14-26 ("Mystery Solvers Club State Finals"-"All Fear the Freak") aired on Teletoon Canada from March 26, 2011 - June 11, 2011.
Episodes 27-31 ("Night the Clown Cried"-"Hodag of Horror") aired on Boomerang UK from June 2, 2012- June 6, 2012.
Episodes 42-48 ("Aliens Among Us"-"Nightmare in Red") aired on Cartoon Network Latin America from February 18, 2013- March 29, 2013.

Wow! I knew that many of them aired outisde the US before airing in the US, but not that many!

Check out Italian releases too. Some of the Italian epsiodes of second season were shown before both US and Latin America. Even last episode aired 12th March. The dates are on Wikipedia on the right of the chart and were provided by me, since I was following it on Boomerang Italy so they're official.
