Arabian Nights was never referred to as an exclusively Scooby-Doo production until the VHS release on August 24, 1999. Before this, it was simply referred to as "Arabian Nights," but was changed to "Scooby-Doo in: Arabian Nights" to boost sales in 1999.

I don't even class this as a Scooby film and haven't watched it since I was severely disappointed as a kid. It's awful and doesn't deserve to have Scooby's name on it.

It is indeed a very bad film, but I don't think it was ever supposed to have Scooby's name on it. The WB salespeople just got greedy and thought that adding "Scooby-Doo" to the title would make it more marketable, which was sad. An HB crossover would certainly be more accurate, even though the movie still isn't great.

There are more episodes for scooby doo and and guess who on the listing for cartoon network with episode 6,7,and 8 titles and discriptions if you look them up
