So I know I said that the Year In Review post would be the final post of 2016, but I've recieved some breaking news on new episodes of Be Cool Scooby-Doo. Of course, I'll preface what I'm about to say with the fact that we are talking about CN so nothing is 100% certain here as many of us already know.
According to Zap2it, Be Cool Scooby-Doo's second season will begin on February 13 with "Some Fred Time" and "There Wolf." The new episodes will continue on February 14 with "Renn Scare" and "How to Train Your Coward," and "Worst In Show" will air on February 15. However, it does beg the question, when will the final six episodes of Season 1 air? As you may have noticed, Zap2it provides the wrong dates for the final six episodes Season 1 (no new episodes aired in September of 2016, and the March and April airings were cancelled). Right now, no information has been provided on when the final six episodes will air, but I would presume it would be sometime before February 13 when Season 2 begins. You also may have noticed the other six titles in the Be Cool episode guide which were added last night. Unfortunately, I can't link to these as they were confirmed via PM on ScoobyAddicts, but head writer Jon Colton Barry has confirmed the following episode titles which will be in Season 2: "In Space," "Mysteries on the Disorient Express," "Night of the Upsetting Shorts," "There's a Witch," "Scrooget Scroogey Scrooge" and "Naughty or Ice." There will also be an episode were the gang visits Japan and another that involves goths. Some of these titles are also listed on SDMI Knowledge, another great fan site. My apologies about not having a concrete link to those episode titles, but know that they are indeed confirmed and will air in Season 2. I hope 2017 will be a great year for Be Cool Scooby-Doo and we will finally get to see some new episodes!
