I'm happy to announce that the last six unaired episodes of Be Cool Scooby-Doo (which are "Eating Crow," "I Scooby Dooby Do," "El Bandito," "Into the Mouth of Madcap," "The Norse Case Scenario" and "The People vs. Fred Jones") will finally be airing in the US, but not on the Boomerang VOD service as we expected. Oddly, the Boomerang network has decided to air them all in a row in a marathon-esque style. The bad news about this, however, is that the timeslot which Boomerang has chosen to air these is quite possibly an all time low for the Scooby-Doo series: 1 a.m.- 4 a.m. in the morning on Tuesday, June 20. While the timeslot is absolutely ridiculous, I'm glad the episodes are finally airing in the US.
However, I should probably note the fact that only the official Boomerang schedule servlet lists the episodes as airing at that time, and other TV guide sites such as Zap2it list Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry as airing at that time. As the official Boomerang schedule servlet is likely more reliable, I'm going to presume the episodes will indeed air at that time. But if anyone from the US actually stays up that late to watch the episodes, please let me know if the episodes did actually air or not! I'm relatively sure they will, but with Boomerang and Cartoon Network, you can never really be sure. Stay tuned for more updates on this, and I will be sure to keep checking that servlet to ensure that nothing has changed!
